What agencies ask first.
What kinds of agencies is it for?
Any team that needs things from a client before the work can start: web, brand, marketing, development and more. Build your list once, save it as a kit, and reuse it for every client.
Does my client need an account?
No. Each person gets their own link. It works on a phone, and they can come back to it any time.
Is it safe to share access?
No passwords change hands. Your client sends an invite or a request code instead, like Shopify's collaborator code. Your team sees codes only after two-step login, each view is logged, and they're erased once access works.
How are files kept safe?
Every file is checked as it arrives: only the types you'd expect, within size limits, and really the type its name says. Files are stored privately, and download links stop working after a minute.
What if my client goes quiet?
You see when they last opened their link and exactly what's still with them, so you know what to ask for. You can copy a fresh link to send them any time.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Add up to 3 people on Pro or 10 on Agency, as owner, admin, member or viewer, and require two-step login for everyone.
Will clients see my brand or yours?
Yours. Your logo and colours on every plan, and your own welcome, font and corners on Pro and Agency. On Agency, your logo replaces ours.
Can I try Pro before paying?
